**The Opportunity**

Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of **Warranty Coordinator**.

Based in our **Wacol Branch**, and reporting to the Service Manage you will work in our busy service department to ensure that all warranty paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately, and timely.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire warranty work order process, from claim validation to work order closure.
- Collaborate with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries.
- Communicate with customers, monitor progress, and negotiate disputes.
- Collect documentation, build business cases, and submit claims on time.
- Prepare information for internal and external warranty audits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar warranty and service administrative functions within an industrial business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)
- The ability to work overtime as required in peak periods (eg: end of month)
- The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
