**What you’ll do**:
Your role is responsible for developing an Innovation culture identifying, developing and driving innovation opportunities in the Vinpac beverage business.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions aligned to strategic objectives
- Manage and evaluate a portfolio of ideas through the innovation pipeline, assisting strategic decision-making and design of go-to-market strategies
- Drive new revenue and innovations streams for Pinnacle Drinks and external beverage customers building a competitive advantage in the market.
- Delivery of technical components for new product development projects and ensure technical and regulatory compliance standards are met.
- Delivery of sustainability components for new product development projects and ensure sustainability standards are met.
- Develop and use innovation tools and templates (such as lean canvas, design thinking, and prototyping) to turn ideas into testable hypotheses.
- Bring stakeholders together to research, test and integrate concepts, stimulating innovative ideas and testing of new approaches.
- Proactively develop innovative practices and educate stakeholders to foster an innovative culture.
- Prepare high-impact documents with high-quality written communication and visual design to showcase opportunities, insights and learnings.

Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:
- Experience in a similar role in a fast moving environment
- Technology and creative experience
- Experience in adjacent industries
- Created and operated in a Customer Centric environment adding value to the customer and revenue for the business
- Be known for the ability to drive commercialisation of new products.
- Demonstrated commercial capability.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- 10+ years commercial experience
- Demonstrated commercial capability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and business planning experience.
- (Desirable) Packaging or relevant manufacturing industry experience
