As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Timber Flooring Installer to join our team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for installing a variety of timber flooring products, including solid hardwood, engineered timber, parquetry, and herringbone designs. Our projects are primarily high-end homes where quality and precision are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
- Install timber flooring to a high standard, including direct stick, floating, and nail-down systems
- Lay intricate patterns such as herringbone and chevron
- Measure, cut, and fit flooring with precision
- Prepare subfloors to ensure level and stable surfaces
- Communicate effectively with clients, site supervisors, and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in timber floor installation (minimum 2 years preferred)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Van & tools provided
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Working rights in Australia
