**The Role**:
As the Market Stall Manager, you will be in charge of managing our busy little market stall at Paddington & Bondi, making sure everything runs smoothly.

In a nutshell, the responsibilities will include collecting the goods from the bakery in Kingsford, packing them up and heading to the market to set up and merchandise the stall.

You’ll then be the face of the bakery at the market, so we’re looking for someone who LOVES interacting with customers (no transactional customer service here) has an eye for detail, a little understanding of retail and is just generally excited about baked goods

At the end of the day, you’ll be in charge of packing down, heading back to the bakery & prepare for the next day

We’d love someone who’s kind, friendly, a team player and keen for this physically challenging role.

**Full Time Role**

If you are interested in baking, there is also an option to go for a full time position which will be 2-3 days in the bakery kitchen in Kingsford (flexible) assisting with baking and prepping for the markets.

**Things to keep in mind when applying**:

- The role can be tiring with long hours on your feet
- You will need to be able to lift heavy trays, crates, gazebo etc
- The ever changing weather of Sydney
- you may be working in hot, wet or windy weather, and be able to think on your feet if it’s affecting the days trade.
- Driving licence is required - bonus if you can drive a manual
- Ability to get to Kingsford by 6.30am
- Hours are weekends, both Saturday & Sunday Approx 7am-4/5pm each day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
