Creative Traffic Manager

**How will I help?**

Reporting to the Creative Services and In House Agency (IHA) Lead, your role as an energetic and creative Traffic Manager is to help ensure the smooth operations and workflow of our busy in-house agency and Westpac’s Media and Marketing team
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Becoming a key component in the IHA’s single front door for booking and allocating briefs to our wider IHA and creative team
- Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables - and managing stakeholders on any updates and changes
- Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
- Managing campaign resources and updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply
- Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
- Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Daily management of projects and account handling
- Reporting on project status, workloads, and accounts
- Providing timely communications between relevant teams
- Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of any freelance requirements
- Managing weekly (and ad-hoc) WIP meetings with internal (and occasionally external) resources

**What do I need?**
- Proven creative traffic management experience within a fast-paced creative agency or department
- Resourcing experience with high volume traffic-projects
- Adept at managing workflow within creative and production teams
- Good understanding of creative skillsets and requirements for advertising, including digital and one2one communication
- Adaptability and multi-tasking skills to manage workflow changes at speed
- A passion for organisation and attention to detail
- Competent in traffic management software, with the ability to advise on business requirements for workflow software and learn new systems
