As the **Interoperability and Data Access Specialist, **you will support our client, a key Defence agency, in guiding the strategic development and implementation of change management strategies for a critical program of work. This program aims to deliver tangible outcomes and drive meaningful change in redefining approaches within the capability lifecycle.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Design and implement interoperability frameworks and standards to facilitate seamless data exchange across systems.
- Develop and manage centralized data access frameworks and control mechanisms to ensure secure data access.
- Implement and oversee security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Monitor data usage, performance, and analytics to drive continuous improvement in data processes.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration and exchange of data across platforms.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Experience in designing and implementing interoperability frameworks and standards.
- Proven ability to integrate data across diverse systems and platforms.
- Expertise in developing centralized data access frameworks and implementing access control mechanisms.
- Strong background in data security measures and compliance.
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in data management.You must have the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
