The requirement for these Services is due to the J7 function within DMRI which is responsible for the definition and development of Allied and Coalition Interoperability (ACI) strategy and concepts, planning and prioritization of materiel and non-materiel ACI capabilities to be acquired, delivered, brought into service and decommissioned in the long term (2 to 8 year timeframe).

Lead the effort on behalf of SJ6 and DMRI to address the following stated priorities of CCEB Principals:

- Re-posturing the CCEB to focus on future policies and technologies that enable a shift from network centric security to a data centric security model.
- Strengthening CCEB participation and influence in relevant mission-based interoperability initiatives including: the US Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2); BOLD QUEST and US Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Interoperability Initiatives (MII) to experiment and prove data centric ways of operating.

**Required Skills/Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Several years of relevant work experience in Defence ICT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, IT project management, or a related area.
- Strong working knowledge of the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM)
- Ability to develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with IT governance and risk management frameworks, such as ISO 27001.
