**About The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Internal Comms & Workplace Experience, the Workplace Experience Coordinator is the friendly and welcoming face for our team and visitors to our Melbourne Head Office.

You will act as a resource and connection point for our team and provide on-the-ground support for our office, including reception, managing our event space, access management, stock management, and event support.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Create a positive and welcoming arrival experience for team members and guests (includes owning and managing the reception area).
- Focus on fantastic hospitality, creating high touch opportunities for people to connect in new and exciting ways that speaks to Sportsbet’s culture.
- Manage third party suppliers as required and provide support for large room bookings.
- Ensure that our event space is presentable and engaging for our people at all times.
- Coordinate logistics for onsite events, including catering, AV, and other event support functions to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.

Please note, this role is a part time position (4 days per week) with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being in office.
