We are seeking an experienced medical secretary/receptionist for our client to join their incredible team.

**The role**:

- Meet and greet patients, answering phone calls.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Patient quoting, invoicing, and receipting (Medicare, Health Funds, DVA and Workcover).
- Supporting and assisting patients through their surgical journey.
- **Experience as a receptionist or secretary in a medical specialist practice.**:

- Exceptional communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to shift focus day to day.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support as require
