**More about what you’ll do**

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive / Personal Assistant, to provide professional support to our Co-CEO’s (Amie and Belinda Lyone) and our Chairman, (Dominique Lyone), the ownership family of COS.

Your focus will be to provide high level administrative and organisational business support to the Lyone’s, working in conjunction with their Personal Assistant, you will both proactively manage and balance their business and personal priorities and commitments.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for a range of services including, but not limited to:

- Prepare meeting documentation, including background research, coordination of presentation materials, reports, agendas and minutes
- Key liaison with various stakeholders in the corporate sphere
- Draft and prepare communications on behalf of the Executives
- Organise meeting / event venues, locations and catering for internal and external guests where appropriate
- Processing of business expenses, invoices and timesheets
- Management of Customer and Executive events, including our bi-annual Leadership Conference
- Ad hoc business related tasks and requests to support both Co-CEO’s and Chairman

We are looking for someone who is passionate and results driven, who will demonstrate this by exceeding expectations with a positive attitude and ability to problem solve and deliver exceptional support.

You will also have:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple Executives and/or Managing Directors
- Proven experience in dairy and travel management for multiple Executives and/or Managing Directors
- Demonstrated experience preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Demonstrated experience conducting research, preparing reports and monitoring expenses
- Proven success in proactively managing projects and events
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and juggle competing responsibilities
- Advance skills using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams
- A professional, discreet and confidential manner in the way you operate

This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday-Friday.
