We are currently seeking a Network Controller to join us on the SkyBus' exciting journey in the bus lane.

The Network Controller coordinates the minute-by-minute delivery and performance of our live transport network. This includes co-ordinating driver and vehicle movements on the road and providing support and direction to frontline driving staff in both regular operations, during incidents, and emergency situations.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Monitoring and managing network performance to meet targets.
- Coordinating with Dispatch Controllers for vehicle and driver schedules.
- Providing support and guidance to drivers during emergencies.
- Handling operational adjustments for unexpected issues.
- Recording and escalating significant incidents.
- Communicating with external stakeholders to manage disruptions.
- Reporting recurring issues to management
- Working on a rotating roster, work alternate weekends, 10 hr shifts

**What will you bring?**:

- Experience in network operations or a similar role.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and handle operational adjustments.
- Proficiency in recording and escalating incidents.
- Capability to support drivers during emergencies.
- Experience in liaising with external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum heavy rigid driver’s licence and relevant authority plus working with children check, or willing to attain - to support with driving when required.
