**The Opportunity**:
Join the Project Banksia team constructing our Influenza cell-culture (FCC) manufacturing facility in Tullamarine (Melbourne, Australia). Expected to be completed in 2026, this facility will be the only cell-based influenza vaccine manufacturing facility in the Southern Hemisphere and will also produce allow us to deliver unique products important to Australia's public health needs such as snake and spider antivenoms.

You will lead the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) design and execution for the Banksia Project. The E&I design includes all aspects from Low voltage distribution, building services, automation infrastructure, instrumentation, and process and utilities electrical design.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Delivery the Electrical and Instrumentation Lead leads a team and assesses technical detail to direct decision-making required for project Banksia E&I needs.
- You'll manage and lead the Electrical team
- Coordinate E&I project goals, controlling scope changes to meet budget and schedule
- E&I functionality according to the Building, Process and Utilities URS and all Equipment TRSs, GMP, safety and environmental requirements
- Lead the electrical stream at the Tullamarine site
- Manage design consultancies delivery design scope
- E&I Design Qualification
- E&I GMP Equipment procurement
- E&I Equipment FATs and Qualification

**Your skills and experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field
- Prior experience as the Subject Matter Expert for an E&I discipline, providing support for the E&I and other streams
- An understanding of quality, risk and contract management processes
- Experience of process and engineering systems within Pharmaceutical or another batch manufacturing environment including Chemical or Food and Beverage manufacture
- Financial experience with budgetary responsibilities
- Experience with Instrumentation & Controls, Automation network infrastructure and building services
