**About the Role** We are looking for a dedicated and driven Motorcycle Sales Consultant that will strive to exceed targets and provide an exceptional customer experience for our customers. We love what we do and we want to share it with each person who walks through our door.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.
- Respond to and follow up all sales inquiries via phone, online or walk in’s using appropriate methods.
- Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team and F&I team.
- Diligence in following up all customer paperwork, with strong attention to detail
- Consistently keeping up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the Motorcycle industry
- Attend trade shows and displays when required

**You will have**
- 2 years of previous experience in an Automotive sales role
- Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet
- Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferred
- Excellent Phone manner and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment

**Position 2: Marketing, Social and Graphic Design Coordinator**:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Graphics & Marketing area. You will be maintaining the quality and consistency of brand assets across graphics, digital marketing/corporate and other digital channels, videography. This is a busy and fast paced role and will suit someone who has an understanding of the Motorcycle or Automotive industry.

**Marketing/Social**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Design and develop marketing collateral and communications including but not limited to all promotional, product, training and point of sale materials, following company brand guidelines
- Photographing incoming used motorcycle stock and uploading to the relevant online sales channels
- Creating marketing collateral to launch new products including packaging, POS and digital material, promotional activities and trade shows
- Assist in developing marketing activities across promotions and social media
- Provide marketing assistance to management and sales team as required
- Management of social advertising budget
- Manage daily engagement with social media communities (replying to DM’s, comments, tagged images)
- Content creation in the form of blog posts and monthly newsletters
- Create and execute automated work flows
- Ensure the right marketing strategies and promotional activities are implemented to achieve desired outcome.
- **Business hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30 am
- 1.00 pm on Saturday Mornings.** Salary will be negotiated based on your experience, and suitability for the position. Great employee discounts on offer after your probationary period.
