We're Cloud Cartel, a Perth-based digital agency working with bold brands to create websites, campaigns, and identities that cut through. From websites and branding to content and campaigns, we help clients by making digital simple, and now we're looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join the crew.

What You'll Be Doing

From websites and branding to content and campaigns, we help clients by making digital simple, and now we're looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join the crew.

This role is perfect for a designer with 2–3+ years of experience, who's passionate about crafting strategic branding, digital experiences, and creative visuals that truly connect. If you're confident in your skills, collaborative in your approach, and obsessed with the details, let's talk.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across a variety of projects and touchpoints, collaborating with our design, marketing and web teams to deliver creative that looks great and performs even better. You'll be:

• Designing distinctive brand identities, then rolling them out across digital and print touchpoints
• Creating custom website designs that are visually compelling and grounded in solid UX/UI principles
• Designing marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, presentations, and branded templates
• Producing graphic design assets for digital campaigns, paid ads, and organic social media
• Creating, refining, and prepping production-ready artwork for both print and digital use
• Developing scroll-stopping visual content that's creative, strategic, and always on-brand
• Contributing to the evolution of brand systems, style guides, and consistent visual storytelling across all platforms

What You Bring to the Table

• 2–3 years of design experience (agency life = bonus points)
• A solid portfolio of work across branding & web
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Confident working in Figma (or keen to master it quickly)
• Understanding of design for both digital & print
• UI/UX fundamentals and a great eye for layout, type and grids
• Comfortable designing for social platforms
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A proactive, positive attitude — you love what you do and it shows

Nice-to-Haves (but not deal-breakers)

• Experience with front-end web (HTML/CSS/WordPress)
• Skills in photography, animation, or 3D design
• Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)
• A general understanding of digital marketing
