**The Role**

In your new role as **_Marketing Content Producer _**, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of multichannel marketing and digital content for all projects from brief through to dispatch aligning to our customer plan and delivering on our purpose.
- 12month Secondment Role- Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Inspire a deep love for the brand and coordinate a consistent high standard in quality, accuracy and compliance of multi channel campaigns based on the overall brand and channel direction set by the BIG W Marketing & Customer plan
- Working closely with the Marketing Managers, coordinate the development and delivery of multi channel Marketing campaigns and projects from brief through to dispatch.

Partner with internal and external creative partners to deliver great creative solutions that meet the brief and drive key objectives
- Coordinate and drive the development and delivery of fortnightly Catalogue and weekly eDMs
- Ensure clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to creative and design, the marketing team, commercial team, legal team and agency partners to ensure disciplined ways of working to meet deadlines and key deliverables
- Influence marketing and commercial teams to leverage most efficient process in content production, limiting rework
- Adopt agile ways of working to deliver all aspects of the marketing and customer plan through all touch points of the customer journey (online and offline)
- Support the implementation of the Marketing Resource Management tool and DAM to enable more collaborative and agile ways of working as standard
- Ensure progress, risk and opportunities are well communicated throughout milestones within the critical path and Customer Plan
- Reflect, learn and grow with insights and learnings on everything you do

- You’ll bring the following experience, knowledge & attributes:
- Previous experience in Production / Marketing or Project Coordinator role.
- Project coordination expertise with proven experience coordinating multiple campaigns at any one time.
- Previous experience in retail marketing or a similar consumer facing environment would be advantageous
