A thriving and successful building supplier is seeking a savvy AR/Admin to join the team.
**Your new company**
A successful leader in the provision of building supplies in both Australia and New Zealand.
**Your new role**
Providing professional and positive guidance to the accounts team, you will be providing essential administration support to the sales team, Operations Manager and Branch Manager. This includes filing, data entry, spreadsheet management, assisting with enquiries and general reception support.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in accounts receivable is essential
- Previous experience using Pronto is advantageous
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in account reconciliations and managing customer accounts
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, friendly and courteous phone manner
- System-orientated, and able to follow company policies and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills including ability to investigate and resolve account issues
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
- Be proficient at analyzing reports and identifying areas of improvement
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and learn new tasks quickly
