**About the role**
Located in Carlton and reporting to the Director Group, the Chief Operating Office will play a key role in ensuring Contour continues to deliver the highest level of service to its clients. Importantly, in addition to overseeing daily operations, the appointee will implement Contour’s new strategy, focusing on business growth. This includes ensuring strategic goals are met by establishing effective operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing staff, and supporting productivity and efficiency across the team. Critical to success in this role, the Chief Operating Officer will lead in a way that upholds Contour’s values.

**About you**
You are a strategic, commercial and experienced general manager with experience ideally gained in a professional services environment or leading multidisciplinary teams in service organisations. A sophisticated communicator, you are a skilled influencer and collaborator who nurtures strong and effective internal and external stakeholder relationships. You are highly accountable with a growth mindset, and comfortable managing the complexities of change and ambiguity, consistently demonstrating a focus on outcomes.
