**Job Title: Experienced Bobcat Operator**

Join our reputable and established waste removal business operating for over 12 years in the Illawarra area. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier services in site cleaning and waste removal, serving various regions including Canberra, Sydney, Southern Highlands, South Coast, Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter regions.

**Position**: Full-Time

**Location**: Illawarra area

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Bobcat machinery efficiently and safely to carry out site cleaning and waste removal tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bobcat Operator, preferably in a similar industry.
- Flexibility with work hours and availability for potential work across different regions.
- Possession of a valid MR license (desirable).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
