The Gaming Manager reports directly to the Director of Gaming Machines Operations and offers an extraordinary opportunity to both lead and inspire the Electronic Gaming team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Gaming at The Star Sydney.

**A few of your responsibilities**
- Supporting the Director and other Gaming Managers to oversee the daily gaming operations
- Motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellence
- Promoting a positive working relationship across the team
- Ensuring the integrity of the company & gaming machine operations
- Passionate with fostering team members achieving their career goals.

**What are we looking for**:

- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations and reporting requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous Gaming Machine supervisory experience working in a Casino Industry
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity

**About you**:
You will need to demonstrate accountability, resource management, cost control and effective leadership in people management coupled with effective communication and motivational skills.
