**About the role**
ITI provide IT technical infrastructure solutions for the Rabobank Asia Pacific region. It includes the design, implementation and end to end support for the business. Reporting to Head of Infrastructure Services, the Data Management team is responsible for the Database, Middleware and Storage functional areas.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide Production support, implementation and design services to IT Systems and IT Infrastructure business lines around messaging, file transfers and cross system interfaces
- Coordinate integration between IT Systems and IT Infrastructure Integration/domain specialists on approved development projects, providing consistent and efficient Integration solutions in line with the strategic Global architectural direction
- Evaluate, review and make recommendations for upgrades, enhancements and improvements for future-proofing and compatibility to existing middleware/messaging, API and file transfer infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, implementing, maintaining and documenting IBM MQ-series, Microsoft BizTalk, Apigee Edge and RedHat Fuse and their related components
- Automation via CI/CD pipelines
- Providing technical support to development & infrastructure projects
- Providing production support within business hours and out of hours via on-call support.
- Maintaining full documentation of systems, fault resolutions, and incident investigations.
- Testing of new software releases, patches and upgrades
- Windows and UNIX scripting around automating interfaces, interface monitoring and file transfers
- Problem solving and management of Incident/Problem Reports as required including include after-hours on call support)
- Development and maintenance of Technical, Procedural & User documentation

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Proven CDC Automation experience
- Windows and linix/unix experience
- Experience in an API, integration and messaging support role
- Experience with MQ, BizTalk and/or AIPGEE
- A Customer focused approach to work with the ability to manage and delivery multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a fast moving organisation

Prior work experience in banking, financial service or agricultural industry would also be advantageous but not critical to success in the role
