Multiskilled Team Leader

**The Role**: Reporting to the Workforce Team Leader Supervisor, you will be passionate about supporting Multiskilled Careworkers to be their best therefore enabling our customers to live a Good Life. You will oversee responsibility for the operational management and supervision of the Multiskilled Careworker within the Residential Care Home, Healthia based at Elizabeth South in this full-time role.
**What you’ll do**:
- Join a supportive group of team leaders passionate about supporting our Care Workers to be their best
- Mentor, nurture, coach and inspire Multiskilled Careworkers
- Shadow Multiskilled Workers on the job and provide developmental feedback
- Lead huddles on the floor to support great communication, education and connection
- Onboard new Multiskilled Careworkers promoting connection, engagement and retention
- Support the selection & recruitment
- Drive a positive culture where expectations of behaviours and performance is clear
- Ensure services are provided in line with the aged care standards
- Contribute to accreditation processes
**You will need**:
- Demonstrated commitment to ACH Group’s good lives philosophy
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers and direct reports
- Experience building a team to deliver high quality customer service
- Experience in complaint resolution
- Computer literacy and skills to use a range of databases and capacity to learn software systems quickly
**It would be helpful if you have**:
- Demonstrated Leadership experience
- Experience in a small home or household model
- Background in mentoring or training staff
- Studying towards Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or a similar business discipline and / or demonstrated experience in a similar role within a large organisation
