We’re here to ensure every parent feels prepared, supported, and empowered on their journey and we’re looking for someone who shares that vision. **About the Role**: As the Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand, bringing to life our DNA. Reporting directly to The Memo's Sales & Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Highpoint store, fostering a customer-centric culture unparalleled in the industry. The Store Manager will be responsible for executing on the strategy within the day to day operation of the store. Success looks like; leading, coaching and inspiring your team to deliver measurable results in a high-growth environment. It’s your job to: 1. Create incredible customer experiences in a busy and fast-growing environment. 2. Bring to life the Memo’s feel-good factor by leading our services, events and experiences in store. 3. Collaborative work cross functionally with our Merchandise and Planning, Logistics, Creative, Visual Merchandising and Loss Prevention Teams. **About You**: The ideal leader will embody The Memo's brand values, upholding our positive brand image with authenticity. You will demonstrate a steadfast commitment to delivering unparalleled customer experiences, working hand-in-hand with our Visual Merchandising team to elevate retail service standards.
