**The Role**:

- Are you a dynamic leader ready to make your mark?_ We're looking for an experienced and passionate **Store Manager** to join our **Sleeping Giant Maribyrnong Team**. As the leader of our store, you'll oversee all operations, from empowering our staff to achieving sales targets, ensuring our store shines inside and out.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inspire and Lead**: Motivate our retail team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
- **Drive Sales**: Develop and execute strategies to surpass sales targets.
- **Store Presentation**: Maintain impeccable store presentation through thoughtful merchandising and cleanliness.
- **Talent Development**: Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- **Customer Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships to drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
- **Compliance**: Uphold company policies and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Ability to lift and maneuver furniture (up to 20kg) with ease.

**Salary and Benefits**
- Competitive base salary with up to 2.5% commission.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Quarterly bonus
