We have partnered with an Australian favourite timber and manufactory brand. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic INVENTORY CO-ORDINATOR for their Kingston office. This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a friendly team and work for a proudly Australian owned and operated company.

**About the role**:

- Analyse stock levels, sales/usage forecasts and co-ordinate procurement of key stock items
- Assist with maintenance of BOM’s and update standard costs for all stock items, as required
- Assist with setting up and maintaining work orders for stock items
- Process stock adjustments, as required
- Co-ordinate EOM stocktake
- Enter EOM stocktake data into ERP system
- Analyse stocktake variances
- Prepare EOM stocktake reports for management
- Set and maintain inventory Min/Max levels
- Daily preparation of stock valuation reports
- Assist with re-ordering stock data / excel spreadsheets
- Assist with maintaining ERP stock pricing levels

**About you**:

- Intermediate skills with EXCEL
- Manufactory experience is preferable
- Experience with a large ERP system
- Excellent analytical skills
- PRONTO- Xi Software experience (desirable not essential)
- Must have high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organisational skills
