**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the panel shop team, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively to meet production goals
- Assign tasks to the panel shop team members.
- Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing repairs and any issues that may arise
- Identify and report any additional parts or materials required for ongoing jobs.
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure that repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
