This role is a vital part of our operations, combining customer service, administrative duties, and operational support to ensure our workshop runs smoothly and clients receive outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner;
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repairs;
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle collections and drop-offs.

**Administrative Support**
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications;
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking schedules;
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support the team.

**Operational Support**
- Support the workshop team with scheduling and logistics;
- Order parts and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery;
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction and manage outstanding tasks.

**Communication**
- Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with customers and team members;
- Maintain a helpful and approachable attitude, even during busy periods.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities;
- Previous experience in a panel shop or automotive environment (highly regarded but not essential);
- Competence with computer systems and administrative software;
- Intermediate proficiency in computer systems including MS Office suite required;
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Australian work rights are essential for this position.
