Our Client is a well-known entity in the industry, dedicated to serving property owners associated with a prominent real estate portfolio. Committed to delivering exceptional property management solutions, they take pride in their extensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of our valued clients.

**Role Overview**:

- As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing your portfolio of properties primarily located in Marrickville and Bondi.
- Responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day property operations, liaising with tenants and landlords while working with a dedicated leasing agent and support team.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in property management
- Class 2 license is preferred or working towards achieving this
- Monday to Friday only
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
