**The Opportunity**

Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure and Fulton Hogan are jointly recruiting for the West Region Delivery Team on the Sydney Water Partnering for Success program.
We have an exciting vacancy for experienced Traffic Controllers and Traffic Control Team Leaders to join our collaborative delivery team. You will ideally be able to commence as soon as possible.

**You will be Responsible for**

You will be part of a team of traffic controllers on a variety of West Region Delivery Team (Sydney Water) projects across the western Sydney area whilst forging a culture of safety and productivity across multiple projects.
- Assisting in the implementation of Traffic Guidance Schemes.
- Communicating effectively with your team, stakeholders and site teams
- Ensuring the site is set up as per the WRDT standards.
- Ensuring the site is running as safely as possible
- Ability to take initiative when leading a team
- Follow policy and procedures

**What you will need**
- Good leadership skills in a fast paced environment
- Must hold current Traffic Control Ticket, Implement Traffic Control Ticket and Construction White Card.
- Must have Driver’s license and reliable transport
- Safety focused and driven
- You need to be reliable, flexible and well presented
