We're on the lookout for a physiotherapist who's ready to grow, share, and thrive in a role that balances clinical excellence with genuine team spirit and provides a pathway to future leadership as a Team Leader.

This role will be taking over a busy musculoskeletal case load consisting of predominantly private clients including supervising a large number of Pilates-informed, small group exercise classes. It will also involve leading the operations of the clinic and supervising and mentoring junior physiotherapists.

The Marryatville Clinic is nestled on Kensington Rd in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs. Our modern clinic has four private consulting rooms and a well-equipped gym/pilates studio bathed in natural light. We have strong community ties and are well connected with other local health professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to all clients
  • Collaborating closely with an established team of physiotherapists and administration.
  • Taking part in regular mentoring, peer learning and CPD – provided in-house and via the Healthia Group

You'll Need

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Physiotherapy degree-qualified
  • Pilates experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A growth mindset and willingness to challenge yourself
