**Learning & Development Consultant - Technology**

**The role**:
You will lead the design & development of their graduate tech boot camp for one of the most well-known companies in Australia. This tech induction will form part of our revolutionary 2-year graduate program. The boot camp will be targeted at graduates with skills in software engineering, data, cyber security and digital design (CX/UX).

They are a household name who have some very high-profile programs of work underway. They are known for being a great place to work, with awesome offices with on-site restaurants, gym bars and cafes.

**What you will be doing**:

- Consult with SMEs to build a curriculum
- Propose a learning strategy (high-level design) that maps to our program principles & success measures
- Create a detailed design for the cohort experiences before, during and after the experience
- Develop the content and material e.g.: facilitator guides, presentation packs, handouts, curated learning pathways, job aids, guides, comms, etc.

**Requirements / Skills**:

- You love all things tech and have designed successful programs for tech audiences.
- Prior experience setting up a graduate tech program would be ideal
