**About the Role**.
Reporting to the Events Manger, an experienced and dedicated casual Sales Coordinator to become part of our professional and hard-working team. Working from headquarters based at Norths Cammeray, the Sales Coordinator will tend to all incoming enquiries and calls for The Greens North Sydney and The Verandah Beecroft. This role is soon to grow and develop with our expanding collective.

**Your key priorities will be to**:

- Ensuring you have a comprehensive knowledge of promotions and activities including in-house events, social events and corporate functions across both The Greens North Sydney and The Verandah Beecroft.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to customers.
- Effectively manage all dining reservations and small corporate and social events at both The Greens North Sydney and The Verandah Beecroft.
- Ensure there is a high level of order in the booking process of small events from initial enquiry to the hand over to in-venue teams.
- Provide consistent and accurate information to customers.
- Liaise effectively with management and front of house staff members.
- A passion for people and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Confident and effective verbal and written communicator
- Proven experience in sales and administration
- Ability to work autonomously
- Professional phone manner and proficient computer skills
- Excellent organisation, time management and an eye for detail
- Experience with IVvy and/or Seven Rooms highly regarded
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
- Valid RSA and RCG certification

We are looking for the right applicants who are passionate about the hospitality industry and values being part of a supportive team. A background in hospitality, sales or reception would be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.59 - $59.18 per hour
