Nine Publishing is responsible for content generation and product management for all wholly-owned digital and print mastheads in Australia. News media titles include The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian Financial Review, Brisbane Times and WAToday.

The Subscription and Growth division within Nine Publishing is responsible for brand marketing, subscription revenue, audience growth and commercial amplification across consumer and corporate.

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in Corporate Subscriptions by assisting with renewals for subscriptions and legacy as well as upselling to current clients where possible.

Day to day you will:

- Responsible for the hygiene and management of the Salesforce data set
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales figures as requested
- Support the Head of Corporate Subscription & licensing with the coordination of team operations.
- Assist Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager with weekly reporting where needed
- Assist with producing and maintaining sales collateral
- Ensuring customer information is up to date in Salesforce and User reports
- Provide customers with quotes and any other information required when directed
- Work with Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager to identify opportunities for growth within the current customer list.
- Develop in depth knowledge of subscription products within your portfolio and be confident talking to customers and responding to requests.
- Responsible for the renewal of existing client base
- Responsible for identifying upsell opportunities for all existing clients across license types

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative, punctuality and integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Digital and print media awareness and experience
- Professional personal presentation
- Computer literacy - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods
- Internal system knowledge eg cyber-sell, salesforce
- Ability to operate collaboratively as part of a team, or autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Sound word processing and database management skills
- Media knowledge an advantage
