**The opportunity**
Help shape the way we deliver planned and scheduled maintenance across our network. We're looking for a proactive and organised Planned Work Scheduler to join our Field Services & Maintenance team and play a key role in coordinating planned and programmed work. Working closely with our field crews, contractors, applicants, customers and internal teams, you’ll help minimise service disruptions and support safe, efficient and timely field operations. **Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance and operational activities across multiple field-based teams, external contractors, developers, and builders — acting as a key liaison to maximise crew utilisation and deliver the best outcomes for customers through strong internal engagement
- Maintain a strong in-field presence to support effective planning, scheduling, and execution of works, ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless customer experience
- Manage work orders and priorities within relevant systems
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and mínimal service disruption in delivery of planned works
- Provide operational support across depot-based teams and contribute to continuous improvement
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong operational background with demonstrated experience in field-based scheduling or coordination
- Proficient in asset/work management systems for planning and dispatch
- Sound understanding of water or utilities network operations, maintenance workflows and safety standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across field and office-based teams
- Driver’s License (Essential)
