**Supervisor (Bakery Manufacturing)**

- $80,000 per year + super
- 5am - 1pm on a rotating roster

**About Us**:
This business holds a respected name in French artisan baking and is seeking a highly qualified Baker to join a dedicated team in Braeside. With a rich heritage in traditional European and Artisan-style breads, we are committed to delivering exceptional baked goods.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head Baker, your role will be responsible for ensuring that all production requirements are fulfilled and meet quality standards. You will lead and mentor a team of 10 and assist with production planning.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
- Train, supervise and lead a team of bakers
- Collaborate with bakery staff and other key departments within the business
- Adhere and encourage your team to follow food safety standards and procedures.
- Preparation and baking of artisan bread products

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- In depth knowledge of baking processes and equipment
- Experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Hands on leader who is capable of being on their feet 8 hours per day
- Qualified baker with trade certificate
