2x Bakery Assistants
to join the team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

: On Call

Purpose of the Role

  • Assist with production and packing of product.
  • Assist with Machine Operation.
  • Cleaning duties as required.
  • Complete operational documentation.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks safely.
  • Maintaining hygienic equipment and work stations /areas.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Food manufacturing industry experience (preferred).
  • Strong safety focus, working in a team environment.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated.
  • Passion for food safety.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Sound communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proof of rights to work in Australia.
