**Our client is a leading renewable energy company with a track record of successful development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Australia.**

As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial and financial performance across our client's portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will work closely with the development team to assess project feasibility, structure deals, negotiate contracts and support the project delivery team in achieving financial targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage contract negotiation, execution and monitoring across multiple projects
- Work with project delivery teams to ensure financial targets are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including utilities, financiers, and government agencies
- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate strategy

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, business development or related field
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Must have Australian working rights
