**About the role**

We're looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement specialist that will be part of the site operational team, provide tactical support, lead quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure that our quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated so the business continually improves its quality performance, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded
- To collaborate, influence and drive improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Make root-cause analysis and formulate solutions.
- Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes.
- Validate and analyse claims data, identify trends, and drive site-based improvement initiatives.

**Skills & Experience**
- Preferably with a mechanical engineering background.
- Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
- Auditing experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
