**About You**
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional, with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support in fast-paced academic environments. You thrive on collaboration, and with strong communication skills, you approach every interaction with clarity, tact, and empathy.
**About the Role**
As an Academic Services Officer, you’ll assist staff and students by handling a wide range of administrative tasks to support the delivery of the Academic Unit’s programs and courses. this includes but is not limited to maintaining all program, course and teaching materials, producing nonstandard study plans, providing support for assessment and result entry and acting as Executive Officer for Academic Unit committees where required.

One of seven Academic Units, UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences offers a wide range of degrees and conducts world-class research in the fields of nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, pharmaceutical science, medical sciences, laboratory medicine, and food and nutrition science with a strong focus on creating positive health outcomes for communities. **Essential Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based service environment
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction including a high level of attention to detail
