**Your new role**

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our dedicated team at the Oral Health Therapy patient clinic in a part-time (0.6 FTE) continuing permanent opportunity. This role will be based at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia (OHCWA) in Nedlands.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the planning and management of our student-led clinic, which supports the delivery of the Bachelor of Science in Oral Health Therapy. You will oversee a professional team and ensure effective service delivery to the public by our students.

**Key responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- Provide leadership and direction for the Oral Health Therapy patient clinic.
- Manage clinic operations and ensure that all services meet organisational standards.
- Collaborate with academic staff and stakeholders to enhance clinical activities and educational outcomes.
- Support student learning and development through effective mentorship and guidance.
- Promote a positive and productive working environment for all team members.

**Selection Criteria**
- A degree in Oral Health Therapy (or equivalent), extensive relevant experience, and expertise in oral health practice management.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategies which deliver business outcomes within budget and resourcing constraints.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively consult and negotiate with stakeholders on a range of issues in a professional, confident manner.
- High level written communication skills with the ability to prepare complex written material in clear language accessible to range of audiences.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and the ability to guide, coach and supervise and/or manage others, as required.
- Demonstrated critical analysis skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making.

**Desirable**
- Current registrations with the relevant professional association
