**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Director, this collaboration will see you developing and nurturing marketing strategies with management, using your commercial mindset, ensuring the business is meeting commercial profile-raising goals.

You will also drive the business to ensure it is paramount in leading the industry regarding methodologies within the digital and design marketing arena.

Essentially you will be passionate to identify imperative market opportunities, to drive trademark growth, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiation skills.

**The core emphasis of this role will be to**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies,
- Raise the company profile in the industry,
- Brand management,
- Communication management,
- Designing, production and management of various print and online materials.
- Champion for the business creative content.
- Lead from the front with your expertise in copy writing/editing as the business expert.
- Create posts & update commentary on the company website.
- Website & Social Media Management and Development
- Oversee tender coordination, industry memberships & sponsorships,
- Champion client engagement, events, and campaigns as well as Trade Show design
- Ability to project manage, budget manage, multitask, and decision-make

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to inspire stakeholders and represent the brand at hand.
- Experience in a range of software, including Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office & Canva
- HTML knowledge would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
- A team player with ability to work cross-functionally while working to deadline.
- Developed experience in creating and maintain marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
