**What You’ll Do**
As a Junior Marketing Officer, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering a wide range of marketing initiatives from digital campaigns, social media content, event coordination to brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating local area marketing materials and corporate collateral that align with Icon Group’s strategic goals and brand identity.
- Craft clear, engaging, and accurate content across a variety of channels.
- Develop digital campaigns including writing web articles, blogs and social media posts.
- Support the team with reporting and analysing data, briefing design work and campaign assets, and other operational marketing tasks.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**
Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build great working relationships are key. Previous experience in private healthcare or professional services in a corporate environment is a bonus - but above all, we’re looking for someone to learn and grow with us.

Essential Requirements
- Permanent Australian working rights.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related fields.
- Demonstrated creativity in marketing & communications.
- Approximately 12-months of relevant internship experience if you’re a recent graduate.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in private healthcare or professional services in a corporate environment.
