**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
Success in the role relies on timely, accurate and professional dealings (telephonic, written and interpersonal) while balancing varying work demands and having the ability to seek assistance when required.

**Key duties for the role include**:

- Providing support to the Accounts Team and assisting other areas of the business across the administrative scope.
- Answering and re-directing all telephone calls promptly, using a multi-line switchboard.
- Welcoming all visitors to the front counter, determining the nature of their business.
- Answering and assisting with queries from customers or suppliers about our organisation and/or financial dealings.
- Preparing financial reports, as required as well as maintaining electronic filing, scanning and document organisation.
- Assisting in end of month activities as required.
- Displaying a work ethic and approach that is professional and skilled, with an emphasis on using personal initiative as a means to continued role success.

**WHAT WE’RE SEEKING**:

- Recent and demonstrated reception and administration-based work experience.
- An admin whiz - someone who loves providing an excellent customer experience and has a keen eye for detail - data entry, invoicing or order entry will be highly regarded.
- A good basis in the Microsoft suite - Word, Outlook, Excel
- Current driver's license and own reliable transport - a must
- Punctuality, Reliability, Available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- A current resume with at least 2 recent referees.
