**Practice Manager / Chiropractic Assistant**
Are you passionate about health and wellness, and excited about taking on a leadership role in a growing chiropractic practice? Body & Soul Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Practice Manager** to join our supportive team in Brighton, Queensland. This role involves both practice management duties and chiropractic assistant/receptionist responsibilities.

**Position**: Part-Time (4 days a week, excluding Wednesdays) with potential for Full-Time hours and including Wednesdays as the role develops.
**Hours**: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth functioning and a positive patient experience.
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment coordination efficiently.
- Supervise front-office staff and assist with administrative duties, ensuring compliance with practice policies.
- Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and appointment bookings.
- Process patient payments, manage claims, and handle financial administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient records and manage data entry.
- Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment for patients and staff.
- Support the team with any general office duties and tasks as required.
- Promote and sell products and services (Sales experience is highly regarded).
- Ensure all office equipment and resources are maintained and functioning.
- **Leadership & Organization**: Ability to take on the responsibility of managing the practice while ensuring effective and organized office operations.

- **Adaptable & Willing to Learn**: Must be proactive, adaptable, and able to take on new challenges.
- **Health and Wellness Enthusiast**: Passion for personal health and wellness, with the desire to support others in their wellness journey.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous sales experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare practice is a plus, though not essential.
