**Ormeggio is currently recruiting for Waiters.**
- Australian working rights
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Minimum of two years working in fine-dining or similar hatted restaurants
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Formal hospitality studies completed
- A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork
- Wine & Food knowledge
