Section Waiter - Chiosco by Ormeggio

**The Spit, Mosman**

Chiosco by Ormeggio is a vibrant Italian trattoria perched right on the water at The Spit. We’re known for our fresh seafood, house-made pasta, relaxed atmosphere, and warm, genuine service.

We’re looking for an **experienced Section Waiter** to join our friendly, fast-paced team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and Italian cuisine, this is your chance to work in one of Sydney’s most beautiful waterfront settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting and resetting tables to venue standards
- Confidently managing your own section and taking orders
- Clearing and resetting plates efficiently during service
- Providing thoughtful food and wine pairing recommendations
- Delivering attentive, personable service and building rapport with guests
- Supporting the team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a section waiter
- Previous experience with Italian cuisine preferred
- Strong food and wine knowledge with pairing confidence
- Familiarity with 7Rooms reservation system (advantageous)
- NSW RSA certificate (mandatory)
- Full Australian working rights (no visa restrictions)
- Ability to carry 3 plates
- Energetic, bubbly personality and team player attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.31 - $62.00 per hour
