Inspired by the heart and soul of Mexican Hospitality, beverage is the star of the show at Ghost Donkey.

A menu that features a vast selection of mezcals and tequilas, showcased in signature cocktails or served the traditional way alongside salts and fresh fruits. On top of that, Mexican bites like Nachos and Tacos that go perfectly with a margarita or three.

We are in search of a **Head Bartender EXTRAORDINAIRE** to join the Ghost Donkey opening team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences for all our guests. This role will allow you to showcase your creativity and flair, all while creating a range of playful, cheerful, and approachable drinks that are sure to keep the macho good times rolling.

**What We Require**:

- Previous bartender experience with knowledge of a range of Tequila and Mezcal varieties
- Availability to work a variety of shifts across weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
- Currently holding, or willing to obtain, a Victorian RSA - we provide training
- Grooming standards to meet expectations.
