Our client is a leading event catering business that cater for small meetings up to large scale weddings and events. Our client is looking for an experienced event professional who will take charge of all aspects of the event planning and execution of our client’s events clients

**The role**:

- As the first point of contact for client events, you will represent the company’s warm, friendly image
- Work hand-in-hand with all departments including kitchen and sales
- Maintain professional and positive relationship with event partners
- Qualify leads, provide proposals and convert business
- Where possible, identify new business opportunities
- Keeping clients abreast of changes and managing expectations
- Ensure compliance of WHS measures
- Maintain daily sales reports
- Report on customer satisfaction + feedback
- With experience in venue, catering or other areas of the event's industry, you will use your already acquired skills to be a success in this role
- A natural-born problem solver, you will think quick and remain calm in high pressure situation
