We’re Total Body Physio - a modern, vibrant physio team based in **Five Dock & Summer Hill**in Sydney's Inner West, and we have a rare opportunity for a motivated female practitioner to step into a well-supported, full caseload. One of our team is heading overseas for 12 months, and we’re on the hunt for a friendly, confident clinician to join our physio family.

**About You**
- Female practitioner who is **warm, driven, and relatable**:

- You are reliable and have a desire to make a difference in your patients lives.
- You have great communication skills and can make everyone you meet feel comfortable and at ease.
- You thrive in a **team environment**, love having a laugh, and genuinely care about your patients
- You're excited about working across musculoskeletal, sports, post-op rehab, and Pilates
- Pilates training is a big plus (but if you’re not trained yet, we’ll help get you there)
- Whether you have years of experience, graduated in the last year, or might have just realised that hospital work isn't for you - you're excited to grow your skills and career

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing a varied **MSK, sports injuries and post-op rehabilitation**:

- Delivering 1:1 Reformer and small group Clinical Pilates sessions
- Working closely with a team of experienced physios, allied health professionals, and local GPs/surgeons
- Use of our onsite **Rehab Gym**, **Pilates Reformers**, and **force testing equipment** to elevate patient outcomes
- Participating in team mentoring, weekly CPD, and 1:1 clinical coaching
- Contributing to a clinic that loves its patients, and invests in its team
- Basic fracture management - fitting CAM boots and braces (any experience in casting is also advantageous)

- Formerly Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre, with 20+ years of trusted care in the Inner West
- Recently expanded to two premium locations: Five Dock (brand new fit-out with onsite gym & Pilates equipment) and Summer Hill (based alongside Summer Hill Gym - a large fitness centre)

**What You’ll Need**:

- Physiotherapy degree recognised in Australia + Full AHPRA registration
- Current Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Current Police Check
- Passion for private practice and patient care
- Pilates experience (preferred) or keen interest to train
- A great sense of humour, a willingness to grow, and an ability to work both as a part of a team and also independently when needed
- Great people skills and fantastic communication
- A desire to be a committed clinician who cares about making a difference, and changing the lives of the individuals you meet

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
