We are seeking a Senior Buying Manager to be responsible for leading the sourcing & purchasing of products as well as delivering a strong business strategy that will aid in the overall success of this leading fashion business.
Reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer, this role will be involved in the analysis of the current Retail Market, trends and competitors to develop strategy and business objectives. You will contribute to the creative vision to ensure the growth of your product categories.
You will be responsible for setting and executing the buying strategy across a large portfolio including apparel, footwear and accessories.
**Ideally you will have**:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in leading a buying function with a proven track record of increasing revenue and product offering.
- Solid knowledge and experience in fashion, retail, merchandising and the global retail market is required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proven ability to set a strategy, influence buy in from multiple stakeholders and activate for flawless execution against a plan
- Management of buying and product teams.
