Our client runs an exceeding early year's service next to the Sandringham Golf Course and is looking for experienced Diploma qualified Educators to join our 2-3-year-old group.

They boast a magnificent outdoor environment - natural landscapes & loads of tanbark plus established shade trees with a long verandah covered in vines. The educator/children ratios are incredibly generous - double that of the required legislative standard and each age group with its own ECT.

An entire separate building housing a staff retreat, fully equipped with a library, gym and an entire floor of learning resources

**About you**:

- A positive/outgoing personality with a glass-half-full attitude to life
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar setting
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or above)
- Confidence in documentation
- Sound knowledge of the VEYLDF and the NQF.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Working with children check, food safety and current first aid

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
